City of Palmerston mayor Athina Pascoe-Bell recently flagged improvements including a planned health precinct and expanded bus links. All told, these upgrades mean less commuter frustration and more confidence for property owners, especially as student numbers soar and local retail matures.

Industry observers are watching for the next wave of land releases, with developers such as Urbex touting forthcoming stages in Zuccoli Aspire and The Heights. Buying off-plan remains popular, as recent auctions have seen established 4-bedroom homes on streets such as Corella Place snapped up for $515,000 to $530,000 – often above the asking price.
